Working with Lion Heart Roofing & Repairs was super straightforward from start to finish. They provided a quote without me needing to be there, which made things really easy. This contractor gave me a low estimate and said it included everything – tear-off, underlayment, new shingles, cleanup. But once the job started, they suddenly demanded thousands more, saying the “estimate didn’t include structural repairs,” which they made up. When I refused to pay more, they walked off mid-job and left my home exposed to rain. They even threatened to place a lien on my home. I later found out they have a history of this behavior. Scam artists, not real roofers. Stay far away.
I should have checked their license and reviews more carefully. They promised quick and affordable work, but what I got was a nightmare. They started late, used substandard materials, and now my roof leaks worse than before. When I confronted them, they refused to fix anything and ghosted me completely. I found out through my city inspector that they’re not even licensed contractors. I’m reporting them to the BBB and consumer protection. This company is a fraud – do not hire them.
This company promised a full roof replacement with insurance coordination. They claimed to handle everything – which sounded great – but they completely botched the job. They overbilled my insurance company, left sections of the roof unfinished, and even reused old materials while charging for new ones. When I tried to contact them about the issues, they became aggressive and evasive. Turns out they aren’t even properly insured themselves. I feel completely scammed. Don’t fall for their slick sales pitch.

Rebecca was in touch after we accepted the quote and took care of ordering the supplies and bin. A team of four showed on the agreed date and tore the old roof off and replaced with new singles, vents and valleys all in the same day. The team did an exceptional job of cleaning up everything from the yard and placing it in the bin. Dillon and Rebecca came the following day to complete an inspection of the roof and the clean up from the previous day and checked to see if I had any questions. I was then provided with a new roofing report and an invoice. The customer service and work completed by Lion Heart Roofing was exceptional and completely seamless. I highly recommend them (10/10) for any roofing needs or repairs you may require

Lionheart roofing should be your first call for all roofing needs. Dillon was prompt, respectful and honest. He located the leak on the roof, he explained how the leak likely happened and then he communicated the plan to fix the issue. Throughout the whole process he was very upfront with associated costs etc. All in all, a very positive experience, give these guys a call for all roofing needs.

First off called Dillion on a Saturday night was surprised that he picked up. Thought no call back till Monday at the earliest. Told him we had an issue with a leak from the roof , Dillion came on the Sunday which impressed the hell out us! He was very thorough in locating the leak and using pictures to explain the issue! Dillion told us he would be back on Monday and completed the needed repair . Very professional very personable and great work ethic. Incredible and professional service from Dillon - Lion Heart Roofing & Repair. I received same day service on Monday, June 23/25, after the June 21st torrential downpour in Calgary. I was absolutely relieved and then thrilled as Dillon ascertained the issue of the roof leak. He was able to repair during same service call. I will definitely be contacting Lion Heart in the next two or three years to replace my shingles.
I had an outstanding experience with Lionheart Roofing and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dillon is humble and trustworthy, and takes the time to ensure your asks and requests are addressed.With my roof job, I had some custom requests that Dillon and crew were happy to entertain. I wanted quality class 4 impact resistant shingles (Malarky legacy), 6 nails per shingle (their standard), upgraded ventilation (vent maxes), thicker gauge metal for the valleys. Additionally, I had some small additional asks such as repairing a wall that a woodpecker had chipped away, and reflashing/repainting the chimney.So for my house, it wasn't just a simple shingle replacement. Some companies don't bother to entertain additional small asks and are only interested in the larger job of shingle replacement. This was not the case with Dillon and his crew, he made sure all my individual asks were addressed, and also came in at a competitive price.If you want a crew that is experienced, is trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing quality work, I would suggest you go with Dillon and the Lionheart crew!
My house was damaged by hail last year in Calgary's NW section of the city. My neighbour hired Lion Heart Roofing and it's how I got the recommendation for this company. I can tell you the work was done in one day on my bungalow. I was greatful because the next few days we got 2 straight days of rain! The site was cleared very nicely and they took care of not damaging my recently seeded lawn. I recommend this company to whomever expect expert and prompt services.

Honest, fair, quality and highly recommended is how I would describe this company and the service I received from Dillon. Trying to find a company you can trust is so hard and you usually have to try so many places before you find one. I had some shingles blow off my roof in a recent wind storm here in the city and typical Calgary weather it snowed the very next day. I was stressed out over how long I would have to wait to get it repaired and had worst case fears over how much I was going to have to pay to get them replaced ASAP. Dillon was able to come the very next day to my delight and gave me a fair and honest assessment of my roofs state and took pictures and spent the time to explain everything to me in language I could understand. His pricing was more than fair and I can't recommend him enough for his 5+ star service, quality of work and pricing. I was stuck to get my roof inspected right away and everyone was busy because of the hail storm that came couple of weeks ago. I called and left message with this company and right away Dylan called me back he was very busy but he said he will come and inspect my roof with in a day or so and he did I was so impressed how fast-efficient-thorough and friendly I will say if I ever need roofing work or if I know of anybody who does this guy will be my first call I was so very appreciative of his honesty .

We can not recommend Dillon and his team enough. From getting a quote to adding extra touches (bird deterrents), they were exceptionally easy to communicate with and professional to work with. Dillon spent a lot of time detailing the type of shingles and eaves available (complete with sample sets) and the roofing process, as our roof was more complicated than the usual. He did not hesitate to spend extra time answering questions, following up with emails and making extra trips (ie. temporary waterproofing when a summer storm was about to hit), to ensure our home was taken care of. When we changed our minds near the end about some finishing pieces, he took it in stride and quickly went to work on our requested changes, even coming in on the weekends to ensure a timely finish.Furthermore, the crew on our roof was polite, hardworking and kept the worksite clean on a daily basis. Our neighbours were so impressed that they even had some work done themselves! Good workmanship and character goes a long way and we have and will continue to strongly recommend them to others.
